Adding light charm collection to DAOD_PHYS

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_PHYS_CharmQuarks into 21.2

As requested in ATLASG-1511, adding light charm collection to DAOD_PHYS. Also adding truth links for these light collections so that navigation should be possible.
