Adding scripts that will be used for a new CI tests of AnalysisTop

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:21.2-AT-PreparationCIupdate into 21.2

We need to start testing EMPFlow jets in AnalysisTop, so took the opportunity to split the tests into tests on Data and on MC.

The script are not yet being used in the CI, once we replace the current CI with these new scripts I will remove the currently used script for the CI.
