Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.55.

The list of changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.53 (atlasexternals@2.0.53...2.0.55) is the following:

  • Updated CheckerGccPlugins for GCC 10 compatibility (thanks to @ssnyder);
  • Updated mergeConfdb2.py to handle Gaudi handle properties correctly (thanks to @wlampl);
  • Marked the EXTRA_PATTERNS argument of atlas_add_test(...) deprecated (thanks to @fwinkl);
  • Introduced FindPython.cmake into AtlasLCG (thanks to @fwinkl);
  • Fixed a typo in the Acts build configuration (cc @pagessin).
