Better lbgm2root conversion mva utils

Ruggero Turra requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:better_lbgm2root_conversion_MVAUtils into 21.2

These are small improvements to the utility which converts the txt output file from lgbm training to the ROOT files used by MVAUtils. In particular now it is easier to debug differences.

This change should be ported also to release 22.
