New Config vs Old Comparison tests for LAr Digitization
Currently supports LAr only, with a couple of configuration improvements and a minor hack to meet old style output quirks.
Match configuration of compression algorithms in PoolWriteCfg.
Teach LArRawChannelBuilderAlgCfg to respond to the LAr.ROD.FirstSample flag.
