Implement em/pf chains including pu residual calib

JetCalibTools is modified to be able to choose the primary vertices container, which is different between online and offline.

The following emtopo and pflow jet chains were added: HLT_j45_ftf_subresjesgscIS_L1J15 HLT_j45_ftf_subresjesgscIS_pf_L1J20

"res" means that the pileup residual calibration will be applied.

This chain was also added just to be able to compare with the equivalent one but with pileup residual calibration HLT_j45_ftf_subjesgscIS_pf_L1J20
