AnalysisTop: marking DL1r as calibrated and fixing a bug related to btag WPs maps

This MR has 2 changes:

  • Marking DL1r as calibrated as the CDI file should be released next week
  • During the tests for this change a bug was discovered where we used maps for calibrated calo jets in a code for track jets
