Add check for muon identifier to AlignmentErrorTool

Hi,

this MR adds a check to the AlignmentErrorTool to ensure that only muon Identifiers are present. It fixes running reconstrucion on the asymmetric Run3 layout. However, the origin of the non-muon Identifiers needs to still be understood. (That's why an ATH_MSG_WARNING is used).
