EXOT8 updates

Jason Robert Veatch requested to merge jveatch/athena:21.2-EXOT8 into 21.2

This adds TruthBottom as well as TruthHF. Additionally, it adds the decay products of TruthBosons, TruthTopQuark, and TruthHF for more robust truth-level studies. Additionally, it adds the new fJVT for EMPFlow jets. An unneeded variable is also removed.

These changes result in a negligible change in size for data and an increase of <1% for MC.
