In this MR a bug that was introduced in the MR: !29797 (merged) It fixes issue spot in: !29904 (merged) Tagging @fpastore for one question. The TriggerSummary algorithms are only for debugging purposes. Shall we disable them in all the tests except a few in the TUT?
