WIP: Making LArG4ShowerLibSvc thread-safe

This merge request attempts to update LArG4ShowerLibSvc, so that it will give reproducible output in AthenaMT jobs. Leaving as a WIP at the moment as the code which collects statistics about the library usage is not thread-safe yet.
