Improving the fixed angle projection reconstruction for the Micromegas

This MR introduces different improvements for the MM projection method. Amongst them are: Correction uses abs(z) now The minimal cluster size becomes an job option and the default was decreased to 2 The usage of TMath is removed Correction of t0 is introduced as a job option
