Enable the release 21 AOD fix on AODs made in 21.3

As discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASDPD-1411 we currently cannot make derivations from release 21.3 AODs. This is blocking studies e.g. on the new L1 calorimeter objects. It seems that the problem is that the derivation making in the latest releases relies on variables created by AOD fix, but AOD fix currently doesn't run on 21.3 AODs. This MR should enable AOD fix on those AODs. It would be good if a reco / derivation expert could comment in case we shouldn't do this.
