Updating nominal weight name for TRUTH3 test

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_TruthDerivationTestWeightName into 21.2

This is a little kludgy - we shouldn't need to specify a nominal weight name, to say nothing of one with spaces in it. For now, this fixes the test. I'll come with another MR to make this a bit easier in a moment.
