Adding trigger matching tool container prefix option to SUSYTools

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_TrigMatchingPHSYLITE_SUSYTools into 21.2

This option can be enabled in a config file like:

Trigger.MatchingPrefix: Analysis

For running on DAOD_PHYSLITE, the container names have the Analysis prefix, to indicate that the matching has been done with respect to objects that have Analysis in the name.
