Custom jet track-vertex association for HIGG1D1 derivation

The jet Track-Vertex association is rebuilt for the custom pflow jet collection, using the HggPrimary Vertex container. This is needed to be fully consistent because of the special treatment of tracks recovery for the tracks not associated to any vertex. Only the ones close to the identified primary vertex are kept, and this makes the difference in the Track-Vertex association using the default vertex container or the Hgg one. Also an update for the calibration used for Jvt in the fJVT computation has been done (for AFII and also the density to be used) @gamerz @inomidis
