TrigAnalysisTest: Package cleanup

Remove all obsolete files related to ATN/RTT tests from the TrigAnalysisTest package (ATR-20090).

Checked that none of the deleted files are used elsewhere. But validating file deletion is notoriously difficult in incremental builds. So we have to keep a close eye on the nightlies once this is merged.

@tamartin if you have a moment, could you check if it's OK from your side?

Many were before my time too - hardly any I actually used. Perhaps just the "fixedInput" JOs.

But all retired now, don't see any issues and the ones I checked would not interfere with any running jobs.

Still, prob not the best thing to merge on a Friday. Will hold off the until next week.
