fixing channel dist for stereo layers

This MR fixes a problem in the calculation of the distance to a strip in the stereo layers of the Micromegas. Now the positon to be checked is moved to the center of the chamber using the stereo angle, before the distance to the strip is calculated. This is part of the fixes for ATLASRECTS-5347
