AnalysisTop Update - New Muon Isolation WPs included

Added the following Muon Io WPs: PflowTight_VarRad, PflowTight_FixedRad, PflowLoose_VarRad, PflowLoose_FixedRad, HighPtTrackOnly, TightTrackOnly_VarRad, TightTrackOnly_FixedRad, PLVTight, PLVLoose, Tight_VarRad, Tight_FixedRad, Loose_VarRad, Loose_FixedRad.

Initialized all the WPs to -1 (including the old one) and if the WPs is available the the variables passIsol_* are equal to 1/0 if the muon pass/no-pass the iso criteria
