Updates for Cosmic menu

Mark Andrew Owen requested to merge markowen/athena:MO_master_0318_menuUpdates into master

Two main changes:

  • Remove pp from the name of the run3 cosmic menu.
  • Add all the P1 chains from PhysicsP1 to the Cosmic menu
