added doExtraSmearing and do2StationsHighPt in AT

Add two options in the configuration file for Muons:

  • doExtraSmearing for all WPs
  • do2StationsHighPt only for HighPt WP to have the possibility to use the new features of MCP (in MuonCalibrationAndSmearingTool) Updated also the validation_cuts examples.
