Qt5 Partial Build Fix, master branch (2020.03.30.)

Made Athena explicitly look up Qt5 components during configuration. This is necessary to be able to build packages (like VP1Algs) that only indirectly depend on Qt5. (While not building any package as part of the WorkDir project that would directly depend on it.)

This is to fix the issue described by @emoyse in ATLINFR-3458.
