InDetTrig_SCT_ConditionsSummaryTool now configured with the appropriate conditions tools. Before this fix it was configured with an empty list of tools meaning that modules were always flagged as good. The SCT summary tool is now configured with SCT_ConfigurationConditionsTool, SCT_ReadCalibConditionsTool, SCT_BytestreamErrorsTool and for offline running the SCT_MonitoringConditionsTool and SCT_DCSConditionsTool. This makes a small difference to the counts and so the reference files have been updated. It has been successfully tested with runTrigART.py -m

This is the second and final part of the fix to ATR-20916 so that now the number of SCT clusters is the same in legacy and master.
