Generators: Removed outdated commented code and switched to C++11 for loop

  • Removed the old commended code. This is important as in the future this code will be defunct even uncommented.

  • In a couple of places switched to C++11 code.

  • Explicitly use HepMC::FourVector with the HepMC constructors.
