Enabling InDetTruthVertexValidation tool in IDPVM. For now only one basic plot representing VertexMatchType is added to make sure the tool is properly implemented. A dummy efficiency plot exists as well and will be properly filled later on along with additional performance plots. Tagging @goblirsc @npetters @glee @kostyuk @mbasso.
