Removing option to add largeR-smallR jets correlations

Petr Jacka requested to merge pjacka/athena:21.2-AnalysisTop-RemovingLargeRSmallRCorrelationsOption into 21.2

LargeRSmallRCorrelations option is removed for AnalysisTop configuration since it is no longer needed. Correlations between small-R and large-R jets are handled in uncertainties tools.
