22.0-cleanup-TrkExSolenoidalIntersector

The main change here is to update the SolenoidParametrization class so it no longer uses cout, but uses the Athena message stream (now passed to the printout calls from the SolenoidalIntersector AlgTool). I removed some printouts also, and had to change the reference file for unit tests so they pass. Other changes should be only cosmetic. Cleanup performed in the context of ATLIDTRKCP-202.
