Cleanup of MCP packages for master

Hi,

this MR does some more cleanup for the MCP packages in master (also sweeping to 21.2 to keep them in sync). AsgMessaging is added to the CMakeLists.txt file of MuonEfficiencyCorrections, we move to std::abs troughout the packages, etc.
