Fix ISF bug affecting ATLFASTII job (ATLPHYSVAL-630)

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLFASTII_ATLPHYSVAL-630_21.0 into 21.0

After a detailed investigation detailed in ATLPHYSVAL-630, it was determined that particles were reset to their original properties each time they were passed back to Geant4 from ISF, rather than keeping track of the energy lost in the propagation through the detector so far. This should fix ATLPHYSVAL-630.
