Adding helper for MadSpin on LHE stand-alone

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.6_MGC_MadSpinHelperUpdate into 21.6

This helper function allows users to run madspin on an LHE file directly, without setting things up before hand. Should be useful for cases where we have an input LHE file and want to run MadSpin before the shower. Assumes a MG5_aMC-structured LHE file.
