SUSYTools d0 syst bugfix for muons

William James Fawcett requested to merge wfawcett/athena:SUSYTools_d0Syst_bugfix into 21.2

Using the dec_d0sig for a comparison caused the decorator to not be properly accessed when running with systematics. An accessor should be used anyway, which fixes the problem in this MR.
