21.2 AnalysisTop: Updating reclustered jets substructure variables

Petr Jacka requested to merge pjacka/athena:21.2-AnalysisTop-UpdatingRCJetJSS into 21.2

D2, ECF1, ECF2 and ECF3 functions are moved from UseRCJetAdditionalSubstructure to UseRCJetSubstructure option in the top config file. These variables are used in several analyses and their calculation is not extremely cpu intensive.
