Adding Prompt Lepton Improved Veto to the TOPQ1 derivation

Variables of the new version of the PLV tool, the Prompt Lepton Improved Veto, have been added to the TOPQ1 derivation. The changes were tested with data and MC16 (skimmed and not skimmed). The MC16 tests were run with 3000 events giving 0.3% increase in the output size with skimming and 0.4% increase without skimming. The test with data showed no increase in the output size.
