Providing support for MuonsAuxDyn.DFCommonJetDr in MuonEfficiencyCorrections (for "2D" muon isolation scale factors)

This small update enables MuonEfficiencyCorrections to retrieve automatically "2D" muon isolation scale factors (vs pT and DeltaR(jet,mu)) when running over derivations that have included MuonsAuxDyn.DFCommonJetDr. Furthermore, the default calibration release is updated to "200513_Precision_r21".
