AnalysisTop: Adding possibility to setup large-R jet uncertainty config stored in different folder

AnalysisTop uses hardcoded path to large-R jet uncertainty config in the current implementation. This path is made configurable in this MR in order to allow analyzers to use a custom uncertainty config which can be stored in different directory.
