Remove magnetic field service from TrkVertexFitterUtils and TrkVertexSeedFinderUtils (ATLASRECTS-5442 and ATLASRECTS-5443)

Migrate field service to AtlasFieldCacheCondObj. Update reference files for unit tests where necessary.
