Fixes to Muon PLV in AnalysisTop and retrieval of improved PLV variables

This MR

  • fixes a tool naming issue for the muon PLV isolation WPs
  • implements the LowPtPLV augmentation for muons
  • adds a flag EnablePromptLeptonImprovedVetoStudies (default:False) to retrieve the variables corresponding to the new PLV tool (see TOPQDERIV-95)
  • changes the default setting of TruthPhotonIsolation (to match derivation content, very minor change)

I'll resolve the WIP status when @lucam, @pfalke and @nbruscin confirm their issue is solved.
