Add delta-R to nearest VR track jet decoration
This adds a variable relativeDeltaRToVRJet to VR track jets. See the b-tagging twiki that explains this and the README on the tool. We recommend vetoing events where relativeDeltaRToVRJet < 1.0 for any signal jet.
