removing most of the remaining use of AtlasFieldSvc, mostly concerns the test for solenoidOn or toroidOn. Removes some use in configuration which is no longer needed. No changes for sim nor trigger, which remain to be done. Removes MagFieldInterfaces in cmakelist files as well.
