WIP: Enable MuonSelectorTools unit test in Athena

This MR enables the MuonSelectorTools unit test in Athena (previously only run in AnalysisBase). Some small modifications were necessary in the MuonSelectorToolsTester and the unit test code in order to make them compile and run in Athena.
