Use MuonDetectorManager from conditions store in MdtRdoToPrepDataTool

Hi,

this MR uses the MuonDetectorManager from the conditions store inside MdtRdoToPrepDataTool, the nominal one from the detector store is only used during initialize.

I also removed the MdtCalibHit as a member and create a local instance inside getMdtDriftRadius.

Since !33426 (closed) was not merged yet, this MR also includes the needed reverts for ATLASRECTS-5530.
