fix regression step of jobs in SimExoticsTests

Regression jobs fail in that package due to output is not included to the tar file. Fixed those. @abasalae, @jchapman

Hi @tcuhadar, we did not really have SimExoticsTests in shifter's checklist (therefore I did not notice it failing), but the issue with HITS file name was observed elsewhere, and I did the same thing as you now to fix it. So please feel free to go ahead with the fix.
