iPATFitter event context aware

• Make iPATFitter implement the EventContext aware set of interfaces.

• Clients using the ITrackFitter interface can use both styles asthe non EventContext aware calls the EventContext aware implementation.

• This allows to actually pass an eventContext to be passed to the propagators
