ATLIDTRKCP-257 Summary table in SiTrackMaker tool for 22.0 MT upgrade

I have set up a summary table for the SiTrackMaker tool in the 22.0 MT branch of Athena, in a thread safe manner, as part of the ATLAS Inner Tracking CP group task: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLIDTRKCP-257

To test the implementation I have ran the following tests:

1. Reco_tf.py --AMI q431 (Non- multithreaded run)
2. ATHENA_CORE_NUMBER=25 Reco_tf.py --AMI q431 --multithreaded true --preInclude mt.py (Multithreaded run with the preInclude attached)

Attached is the preInclude file I used as well as a picture of the summary table for q431 sample.

Just a comment on the output: it is not clear what the relationship is between Used seeds, Cant find a track, etc. are. I would naively expect that they would add up to the input (i.e. so you know how each seed was used) but this does not seem to be the case.
