updating FTAG5

Ines Ochoa requested to merge miochoa/athena:21.2-miochoa-Jun2020 into 21.2

Changes:

  • Removed CoM and ExKt subjets.
  • Adding new UFO collections.
  • Reworked the skimming logic.
  • Added "expert" smart skimming lists for some jet collections.
  • Added additional variables to the "expert" lists and reworked the logic in these slightly to reduce duplicate code / lists.
