move mb_sptrk from LS2_v1 to PhysicsP1_pp_run3

Move mb_sptrk trigger from LS2_v1 to PhysicssP1_pp_run3 menu, for ATR-21485

WIP as tests are failing thanks to bad nightly (I think), will retry later with an earlier one / wait for fixes.
