TrigByteStreamCnvSvc+TrigServices: Adjust online monitoring ranges and granularity

Slightly more detailed monitoring is required for tests in Technical Runs at P1. A few histogram ranges are extended and/or finer granularity is set. Two histograms are also duplicated to create an "extended range" version with coarser bins but wider range.
