DiLeptonMassFilter Logging

Hello,

I added some additional logging based off the WZtoLeptonFilter. I personally find it useful to have the filter efficiency printed for each filter that is applied. If this would be useful, feel free to merge this code. Otherwise, this MR can just be closed.
