Clean-up of Digitization and Overlay CMakeLists.txt files

Remove obsolete calls to atlas_depends_on_subdirs(...) and atlas_install_headers(...) in Digitization and Overlay CMakeLists.txt files.

This merge request affects 23 packages. Since this is a long list, I will not print it here.
