ATR-21741 Fixed view data dependencies in new JO test

This fixes several issues in the config of the newJO related to strict views data loading. Tagging ultimate guru on that @bwynne Also tagging @sshaw @fernando @khoo as fixes were needed in signatures config. I took the liberty to name view data verifier instances similarly in all signatures (start with VDV).

@rbielski The test has not enabled logs checking but when it failed the runTrigART reports it as a failed test. Maye have a conflict with: !34831 (merged)
